This is what's actually in place today across Intellectz products, not a checklist written to sound thorough.
Every Intellectz product is served over HTTPS. There is no plain-HTTP path to any product, any dashboard, or any API endpoint.
Product data — catalogues, conversation history, uploaded files, account details — is held in Supabase (PostgreSQL) behind row-level security, reached only through a service key that lives in server-side environment variables, never in anything shipped to a browser. There is no public, unauthenticated path to any table.
Dashboards are reached by a per-account secret key, not a guessable id — a store's public tenant id, visible in its own storefront's page source, cannot open that store's dashboard. Staff access to production data is limited to who needs it to build and support the product.
Where a product processes your files or text through an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, via their API), that content is sent to run the request and is not used to train the underlying model — Anthropic's API terms are explicit on this, and it's why we use it. A product's own page says plainly if this applies to it.
We do not store card numbers. Payment processing, when it exists on a given product, runs through the processor's own hosted flow — your card details go to them directly, never through our servers.
Where a product receives webhooks from a platform it integrates with (for example, Shopify), every incoming request is verified against that platform's signing secret before anything is acted on. An unsigned or incorrectly signed request is rejected outright.
Email hello@intellectz.ai with what you found and how to reproduce it. We'll acknowledge within one business day and tell you what we're doing about it — we're small enough that this reaches a person who can actually fix it, not a form.
Support email is read same business day, most days within a few hours. There's no ticket queue to get lost in yet — reaching us means reaching the people who built the product.
